NOTE - All authors must register, attend the conference, and present their paper in order for their paper to be published in the
Conference Proceedings. Please follow the formatting instructions below carefully, so that the proceedings will have a consistent look and feel. Please see the Sample Paper to view the overall appearance of the required format.

Session Number

The session number is very important and must be included on the title page of your paper. The Program Chair will provide you with this number after the paper has been reviewed.


The session number must be:

•  located in the upper right-hand corner of the title page
•  right justified
•  a 12 point, bold font

Title of Paper

The title must be:

•  centered
•  two lines below the session number
•  a 14 point, bold font

Authors and Affiliations

The name(s) of the author(s) must be:

•  centered
•  two lines below the title
•  a 12 point, bold font

The affiliation(s) must be:

•  centered
•  two lines below the author name(s)
•  a 12 point font

Abstract

The abstract must be:

•  four lines below the affiliation(s)
•  clearly indicated with a centered heading (see heading guidelines below)
•  a 12 point font

Footer

The footer must be:

•  centered
•  italic
•  a 10 point font
•  on every page

Body of the Paper

The body begins on the first page, two lines below the abstract and
continues with all subsequent pages.  

 

Headings

Section headings should follow the format shown below. There must be one space between the heading and the paragraph.

Level One Heading (Centered, 14 point, bold)

Level Two Heading (Left justified, 12 point, bold)

Level Three Heading (Left justified, 12 point)  

 

References

The references or bibliography section must be:

•  four lines below the body
•  clearly numbered in a list format
•  a 10 point font

Please type the corresponding reference number in superscript form when referring to them in the text of the paper.  

Biographical Information

The biography must:

•  be four lines below the references/bibliography
•  have each author's name in capital letters, followed by up to four
lines of text
•  have one line between each author listed
•  be a 10 point font
