NATIONAL ENGINEERS WEEK CELEBRATION
National Theme: "Engineers Make a World of Difference"
Our Theme: "The future is not written. It is engineered"
National Engineers Week, typically celebrated during the third week in February, is dedicated to increasing public awareness and appreciation of engineering and to promoting pre-college interest in math, science, and engineering as a career option. Engineers Week is celebrated annually by the College of Engineering involving students, faculty and the community in various activities offered throughout the week.
Organized by the College of Engineering Leadership Team and the Engineers Week Committee, the week offers a wide array of events.
"The primary goal of E-week is to encourage interaction and communication among students, faculty and staff and to garner public awareness and appreciation for the engineering profession," said Habib Mohamadian, Dean of College of Engineering.
