The Miniature Sensors Fabrication Laboratory is a 408 sq. ft. class 100 cleanroom facility located on the first floor of the PBS Pinchback Engineering Building. It is currently being furnished with electronics processing and metrology equipment. It will support research in several areas including BioMEMS, nanotechnology, and electronics.
